Rusty's Product

Please Note, This is an example of Rusty's Product Page. Links don't work here but they do in the Grandma Cledas section below.

NOTE: Credibility is easily lost online, so I strongly recommend eliminating the Yahoo email in favor of something @rustyspeanutbritle.com. Develop rusty@ and other common emails such as info@, customerservice@, and recipes@. You want to reinforce your URL not create confusion between your site and your communication.

Grandma Cledas

Checkout Grandma Cleda's SHOP page for two things:

  • Extensions - Adding caramels and pecan brittle is a good idea.
  • Swag - One of the ways tribes from and recognize each other is with swag such as t-shirts, caps, and mugs.

Also checkout their SUBSCRIPTION page. Subscriptions are great ways to discover your most valuable customers.

Martin Notes

Here is why I'm making these suggestions:

  • Sample Size - I added a sample size designed to earn Buy with Prime status.
  • Content - While focusing solely on products on a product page is typical, I've taken a different approach for Rusty's due to its low SKU count. By adding SKUs like Pecan Brittle, peanuts, and other brand-supportive products, we're not just filling the page but also enhancing Rusty's unique identity. Club - Create or have a graphic designer create a unique logo for your club and then use that logo on your swag.
  • Social Reinforcement—By curating a featured recipe from club members, Rusty reinforces the club's importance, rewards the club members who shared and encourages others to join and share.
  • Tarboro - It sounds like Rusty's is a Tarboro staple, a leader in the town. I'd make Tarboro a crucial part of Rusty's brand. Sharing small-town stories reinforces vital brand attributes such as "handmade," fun, and delicious. These stories differ from how Tarboro would pitch itself to potential visitors by a few degrees because Rusty's is looking for stories, people, and places to reinforce their brand attributes.
